INDICATIONS

• Respiratory Tract Infections: Pneumonia and bronchopneumonia (including shipping fever).
• Uterine Infections: Metritis, pyometra, and endometritis.
• Alimentary Tract Infections: Bacterial gastroenteritis and Salmonella infections.
• Mastitis: Used for treating mastitis, particularly when caused by susceptible pathogens.
• Systemic Infections: Septicemia and other infections of unknown origin.
• Wound Infections: Treatment and prevention of secondary infections of wounds and surgical wounds.
• Specific Bacterial Infections: Infections caused by Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., E. coli, Salmonella spp., Pasteurella multocida, Mannheimia haemolytica, Listeria spp., and Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae.
• Other: Actinomycosis in cows, leptospirosis, nephritis, and pyelonephrtis.

ADMINISTRATION

• • Route: Intramuscular (I/M) injection.
  • Preparation: The powder is typically reconstituted with water for injection (e.g., to create a 10ml solution).
  • Withdrawal Period: 30 days for meat (0.5.2) and 72 hours for milk.
