Intracin SAFE-200 is a flumequine-based antibiotic powder for oral administration, indicated for treating gastrointestinal, respiratory, and urinary tract infections in calves, goats, poultry, sheep, and swine.
INDICATIONS
- Gastrointestinal Infections: Enteritis, gastroenteritis, and colibacillosis caused by sensitive bacteria.
- Respiratory Infections: Airway infections like bronchopneumonia or those associated with sensitive pathogens.
- Urinary Tract Infections: Infections of the urinary tract,
ADMINISTRATION
- Route: Oral administration (powder mixed into drinking water or milk for pre-ruminant calves/lambs/kids).
- Contraindications: Do not administer to animals with hypersensitivity to flumequine or severe hepatic and/or renal impairment. Concurrent use with tetracyclines, chloramphenicol, macrolides, and lincosamides is not recommended.
- Meat Withdrawal: 8 days for calves, goats, sheep, and swine; 3 days for poultry.
