Novobiocin

Zoetis ALBADRY PLUS is an intramammary suspension indicated for

treating subclinical mastitis in dry dairy cows.

Target Species: Dairy cattle (dry cows only).
Conditions Treated: Subclinical mastitis caused by Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus agalactiae.
Method of Administration: Intramammary infusion of one 10 mL syringe per quarter.
Timing: Administered at the start of the dry period, but not less than 30 days prior to calving.

Preparation: Milk the udder dry. Thoroughly wash and dry teats and udder. Scrub each teat end with the provided alcohol pads, using a separate pad for each teat.
Administration: Warm the suspension to body temperature and shake well.
Insertion: Choose full or partial insertion to introduce the tip into the teat canal. The FLEXI-TUBE allows for either deep insertion or partial insertion
Dosage: Infuse the full 10 mL syringe into each quarter.
Post-Treatment: Massage the udder to distribute the suspension. Dip all teats in a suitable teat dip.
Restrictions: Do not use less than 30 days before calving. Discard the empty container.
