Intracin IMOLY 30% LA is a long-acting injectable antibiotic consisting of 30% w/v oxytetracycline indicated for the treatment and control of specific bacterial infections in livestock.

INDICATIONS

• • Respiratory Illnesses: Treatment and control of pasteurellosis and pneumonia.
  • Eye Infections: Aid in treating Infectious Bovine Keratoconjunctivitis, commonly known as pinkeye or New Forest Disease, caused by Moraxella bovis.
  • Foot Rot: Helpful as an aid in treating foul-in-the-foot.

• • Respiratory Illnesses: Treatment of pneumonia caused by Pasteurella bacteria.

• Abortion Control: Control of enzootic abortion caused by sensitive organisms.
• Respiratory Illnesses: Control and treatment of pneumonia.
• Eye Infections: Aid in treating infectious ovine keratoconjunctivitis (pinkeye).
• Other Conditions: Aid in managing foot rot and acute, severe mastitis

ADMINISTRATION

• Route: Administered via deep intramuscular injection.
• Contra-indications: Do not administer to horses, donkeys, dogs, or cats, as it is highly toxic and irritating to these species.
• Toxicity Warning: Do not use during late pregnancy or the period of tooth development to avoid permanent tooth discoloration.
• Withdrawal Periods: Observe strict withdrawal periods for meat and milk (e.g., typically 21 days for meat and 7 days for milk, though regional and specific formulation rules may apply).
