INDICATIONS

• Coccidiosis control and treatment: It is effective against various Eimeria species that cause intestinal and cecal coccidiosis in chickens, turkeys, cattle, and sheep.
• Fowl Cholera: It aids in the control of acute outbreaks of fowl cholera caused by Pasteurella multocida in chickens and turkeys.
• Fowl Typhoid: It is used to control fowl typhoid caused by Salmonella gallinarum in poultry.
• Other bacterial infections: In large animals, it may be used off-label to treat other susceptible infections, including some cases of pneumonia and infectious enteritis, although resistance is common. 

ADMINISTRATION

• Drinking Water (Mass Medication):
  • The powder is thoroughly dissolved in the animals’ primary water source.
  • Pre-treatment: For optimal intake, it is often recommended to withhold unmedicated water for 2 hours before administration, unless the weather is extremely hot.
  • Maintenance: Medicated water must be the only source of drinking water available during the treatment period.
  • Refreshment: Fresh solutions must be prepared every 24 hours to maintain potency.
• Oral Drench (Individual Treatment):
  • For cattle and calves, the powder can be mixed into a small amount of liquid and administered directly into the mouth as a drench.
